38.2-3345. Incontestability.

Each industrial life insurance policy shall contain a provision that thepolicy shall be incontestable after it has been in force for two years fromthe date of issue during the lifetime of the insured, except for nonpaymentof premiums, and except as to provisions and conditions (i) relating tobenefits in the event of certain specific types of disability and (ii)granting additional insurance specifically against death by accident oraccidental means.
