38.2-3328. Evidence of individual insurability.

Each group life insurance policy shall contain a provision setting forth anyconditions under which the insurer reserves the right to require a personeligible for insurance to furnish evidence of individual insurabilitysatisfactory to the insurer as a condition to part or all of his coverage.
