38.2-3317. Provisions required by other jurisdictions.

Individual life insurance policies issued by any foreign or alien insurer fordelivery in this Commonwealth may contain any provision that is prescribed bythe laws of its domiciliary jurisdiction and that is not in conflict with thelaws of this Commonwealth. Policies issued by any domestic insurer fordelivery in any other jurisdiction may contain any provision required by thelaws of that jurisdiction.
