2006 Code of Virginia § 38.2-2628 - Severability

38.2-2628. Severability.

If any provision of this article, or the application of the provision to anyperson or circumstances, shall be held invalid, the remainder of thisarticle, and the application of the provision to person or circumstancesother than those as to which it is held invalid, shall not be affected.
