38.2-2123. Chapter not applicable to certain mutual insurers.
This chapter shall not apply to mutual assessment property and casualtyinsurers, or to mutual insurers and associations organized under the laws ofthis Commonwealth, conducting business only in this Commonwealth, and issuingonly policies providing for perpetual insurance.
