38.2-1927. Withholding information; giving false or misleading information.

No person shall willfully withhold information from or knowingly give falseor misleading information to (i) the Commission, (ii) any statistical agencydesignated by the Commission, (iii) any rate service organization or (iv) anyinsurer, if that information will affect the rates or premiums subject tothis chapter.
