38.2-1615. No liability for action taken in good faith.

There shall be no liability on the part of and no cause of action shall ariseagainst any member insurer, the Association or its agents or employees, theboard of directors, or the Commission or its representatives for any actiontaken or statement made by them in good faith in the performance of theirpowers and duties under this chapter. The Association's board of directorsshall not incur any civil liability for any statements made in good faithunder this provision.
