2006 Code of Virginia § 38.2-1320.1 - Submission of examination report

38.2-1320.1. Submission of examination report.

No later than ninety days following completion of any examination, theCommission shall furnish two copies of the report to the person examined andshall notify the person that he may, within thirty days, make a writtensubmission with respect to any facts, conclusions or recommendationscontained in the examination report.

1. If the report contains any recommendation for corrective action by or onbehalf of the person examined, the person shall make a written submissionexplaining what procedures have been implemented or are anticipated withrespect to each recommendation of corrective action.

2. Any person seeking to take issue with any matter contained in theexamination report shall do so by including in its written submission arequest for a hearing before the Commission.
