2006 Code of Virginia § 38.2-1042 - Agent\'s authority likewise suspended or revoked

38.2-1042. Agent's authority likewise suspended or revoked.

Upon the suspension or revocation of the license of any insurer, theCommission shall suspend or revoke the authority of the insurer's agents inthis Commonwealth to act for the insurer.
