33.1-362. Duration and renewal of permit.

Except as provided in 33.1-365, permits issued hereunder shall run for thecalendar year, and may be renewed upon application made upon forms furnishedby the Commissioner and the payment of the same fee required to be paid uponapplication for a permit. Permits will not be extended or renewed in caseswhere the permittee has not exercised the privilege of erecting suchadvertising structure or displayed such advertisement during the period forwhich the permit was issued. Annual permits issued after December fifteenthwill cover the following calendar year.
