33.1-335. Application of balance to payment of bonds.

Should there be a balance in the hands of any board of supervisors or othergoverning body of any county a district of which has issued such bonds, whichhas not been used for the building of roads in the district, the board ofsupervisors or other governing body may, should they deem it advisable, applysuch balance to the payment of such bonds as hereinbefore provided for, withthe consent of the holders of such bonds.
