33.1-329. Effect of favorable vote.

If a majority of the voters at the election vote in favor of the assumptionof indebtedness of districts, or a district, of the county, such indebtednessshall become an obligation of the county as binding thereon as if contractedby the county in its inception and may be enforced against it like any debtof the county as provided by law and the obligation shall be validated andshall not be questioned thereafter by the county.
