33.1-32. Maintenance of roads, bridges and toll facilities withinboundaries of state parks.

The Commonwealth Transportation Commissioner may maintain all roads, bridgesand toll facilities situated within the boundaries of any state parkheretofore or hereafter established by, and under the control of, theDepartment of Conservation and Recreation. For the purpose of maintainingthe roads in any such park the Commonwealth Transportation Commissioner mayexpend funds under his control and available for expenditures upon themaintenance of roads in the secondary system of state highways in the countyor counties in which such state park is located. This section shall notaffect the jurisdiction, control and right to establish such roads, bridgesand toll facilities which are now vested in the Department of Conservationand Recreation.
