33.1-21. Employees as policemen to enforce rules.

In order properly to enforce such rules and regulations, and additions andamendments thereto, the Board may designate and appoint any or all of theemployees of the Board, special policemen, with the powers of a sheriff, forthe purpose aforesaid.
