33.1-199. Replacing entrances destroyed by Commissioner.
The Commonwealth Transportation Commissioner shall replace any entrancedestroyed by him in the repair or construction of his highways and replaceany such entrance and leave any such entrance in the same condition as it wasprior to such repair or improvement.
