33.1-135. Contents of petition for condemnation.
The contents of such petition shall comply with all statutory requirementsprescribed for the exercise of the power of eminent domain by theCommonwealth Transportation Commissioner, and shall contain the reasons whyit is practical to acquire such land and remove any remains which may beinterred therein.
