30-88. Advisory committees.

JCOTS may establish advisory committees composed of persons with expertise inthe matters under consideration by JCOTS. Such persons shall serve withoutcompensation, but shall be reimbursed from funds appropriated or otherwiseavailable to JCOTS for reasonable and necessary expenses incurred in theperformance of their duties as provided in 2.2-2813 and 2.2-2825, unlessthey waive reimbursement.
