30-34.10:1. Establishment and maintenance of electronic information system.
The Commission, through the Division of Legislative Automated Systems, shallestablish and maintain a legislative electronic information system thatincludes the status of bills and resolutions active within the legislativeprocess and related information. Electronic access to this information shallbe made available to all agencies of the Commonwealth and its politicalsubdivisions, and conditionally available to the public as resources permit.
