30-19.1:1. Limiting time for introduction of claims bills.

No bill providing for the payment of any claim against the Commonwealth orany of its political subdivisions shall be introduced for consideration bythe General Assembly of Virginia after the first calendar day of any sessionof the General Assembly unless requested by the Governor or filed inaccordance with the rules of the General Assembly.
