30-120. Senate and House Committees on Standards of Conduct.

Either house of the General Assembly may establish, in its rules, a Committeeon Standards of Conduct to be appointed as provided in its rules andconsisting of three members, one of whom shall be a member of the minorityparty. The Committee shall consider any request by a member of its house foran advisory opinion as to whether the facts in a particular case wouldconstitute a violation of the provisions of this chapter and may considerother matters assigned to it pursuant to the rules of its house.
