29.1-418. Collecting specimens.

The fee for a permit to collect specimens of fish, wild birds, wild animalsand amphibians, in limited quantity, for scientific or museum purposes shallbe established pursuant to 29.1-417. Such permits may be issued to collecta certain number of specimens of one or more designated species when thecollection is shown to be an essential part of a specific research project.
