2006 Code of Virginia § 29.1-415 - Taxidermy; sale of specimens

29.1-415. Taxidermy; sale of specimens.

The fee for a permit to stuff or mount birds, animals, fish or parts thereof,for compensation or for sale shall be forty dollars per year. The Board maypromulgate regulations pertaining to the sale of unclaimed or mountedspecimens or parts thereof.
