22.1-88. Of what school funds to consist.

The funds available to the school board of a school division for theestablishment, support and maintenance of the public schools in the schooldivision shall consist of state funds appropriated for public school purposesand apportioned to the school board, federal funds appropriated foreducational purposes and apportioned to the school board, local fundsappropriated to the school board by a local governing body or such funds asshall be raised by local levy as authorized by law, donations or the incomearising therefrom, and any other funds that may be set apart for publicschool purposes.
