22.1-246. State Board to adopt regulations.
The Board of Education shall adopt regulations governing the purchase oftextbooks approved by it for use in the public schools directly from thepublishers by school boards and governing the distribution and care of suchtextbooks for the use of children attending public schools in Virginia.
