22.1-245. Process agent of publisher.
If the publisher is a foreign corporation or a nonresident of thisCommonwealth, the Secretary of the Commonwealth is hereby appointed as agentupon whom process may be served against the publisher in any legalproceedings instituted in this Commonwealth to enforce any rights or claimsunder the contract.
