2006 Code of Virginia § 20-88.49 - Inappropriate tribunal
20-88.49. Inappropriate tribunal.
If a petition or comparable pleading is received by an inappropriate tribunalof this Commonwealth, it shall forward the pleading and accompanyingdocuments to an appropriate tribunal in this Commonwealth or another state,and notify the petitioner where and when the pleading was sent.
