20-117. Divorce from bond of matrimony after divorce from bed and board.

The granting of a divorce from bed and board shall not be a bar to eitherparty obtaining a divorce from the bonds of matrimony on any ground whichwould justify a divorce from the bonds of matrimony if no divorce from bedand board had been granted, unless the cause for absolute divorce wasexisting and known to the party applying for the divorce from the bonds ofmatrimony before the decree of divorce from bed and board was entered.
