19.2-386.20. Forfeiture of cigarettes sold or attempted to be sold in anunlawful delivery sale.

Any cigarettes sold or attempted to be sold in a delivery sale in violationof Article 10 ( 18.2-246.6 et seq.) of Chapter 6 of Title 18.2 shall beforfeited to the Commonwealth and destroyed. All fixtures, equipment,materials and personal property used in substantial connection with adelivery sale or attempted delivery sale in a knowing and intentionalviolation of such article shall be subject to seizure and forfeitureaccording to the procedures contained in Chapter 22.1 ( 19.2-386.1 et seq.)of this title, applied mutatis mutandis.
