2006 Code of Virginia § 19.2-386.15 - Seizure of property used in connection with or derived from terrorism

19.2-386.15. Seizure of property used in connection with or derived fromterrorism.

A. The following property shall be subject to lawful seizure by anylaw-enforcement officer charged with enforcing the provisions of Article 2.2( 18.2-46.4 et seq.) of Chapter 4 of Title 18.2: all moneys or otherproperty, real or personal, together with any interest or profits derivedfrom the investment of such money and used in substantial connection with anact of terrorism as defined in 18.2-46.4.

B. All seizures and forfeitures under this section shall be governed by theprocedures contained in Chapter 22.1 ( 19.2-386.1 et seq.) of this title.
