19.2-327.6. Claims of relief.

An action under this chapter or the performance of any attorney representingthe petitioner under this chapter shall not form the basis for relief in anyhabeas corpus or appellate proceeding. Nothing in this chapter shall createany cause of action for damages against the Commonwealth or any of itspolitical subdivisions or any officers, employees or agents of theCommonwealth or its political subdivisions.
