19.2-302. Construction and administration of 19.2-300 and 19.2-301.
Nothing contained in 19.2-300 or 19.2-301 shall be construed to conflictwith or repeal any statute in regard to the Department of Mental Health,Mental Retardation and Substance Abuse Services, and such sections shall beadministered with due regard to the authority of, and in cooperation with,the Commissioner of Mental Health, Mental Retardation and Substance AbuseServices.
