19.2-182.12. Representation of Commonwealth and acquittee.

The attorney for the Commonwealth shall represent the Commonwealth in allproceedings held pursuant to this chapter. The court shall appoint counselfor the acquittee unless the acquittee waives his right to counsel. Thecourt shall consider appointment of the person who represented the acquitteeat the last proceeding.
