18.2-477.2. Punishment for certain offenses committed within a securejuvenile facility or detention home.
It shall be unlawful for a person detained in a secure juvenile facility ordetention home to commit any of the offenses enumerated in subdivisions 1through 9 of 53.1-203. A violation of this section shall be punishable as aClass 1 misdemeanor.
