2006 Code of Virginia § 18.2-471 - Fraudulent issue of fee bills

18.2-471. Fraudulent issue of fee bills.

If any person authorized by law to charge fees for services performed by himand issue bills therefor fraudulently issue a fee bill for a service notperformed by him, or for more than he is entitled to, he shall be guilty of aClass 3 misdemeanor and shall forfeit his office and be forever incapable ofholding office of honor, profit or trust under the Constitution of Virginia.
