2006 Code of Virginia § 18.2-425 - Requesting relinquishment on pretext

18.2-425. Requesting relinquishment on pretext.

Any person who requests another to relinquish a telephone party line on thepretext that he must place an emergency call, knowing such pretext to befalse, shall be guilty of a Class 4 misdemeanor.
