18.2-327. Winning by fraud; penalty.

If any person while gambling cheats or by fraudulent means wins or acquiresfor himself or another money or any other valuable thing, he shall be finednot less than five nor more than ten times the value of such winnings. Thispenalty shall be in addition to any other penalty imposed under this article.
