18.2-258.2. Assisting individuals in unlawfully procuring prescriptiondrugs; penalty.

Unless otherwise specifically authorized by law, any person who, forcompensation, knowingly assists another in unlawfully procuring prescriptiondrugs from a pharmacy or other source he knows is not licensed, registered orpermitted by the licensing authority of the Commonwealth, any other state orterritory of the United States, or the United States, is guilty of a Class 1misdemeanor and, upon a second or subsequent conviction, a Class 6 felony.
