17.1-120. Adjournment from day to day; effect of failure to sit on day towhich adjourned.

After a court is opened it shall, during the term, adjourn from day to day,unless the court shall order otherwise, and if it fails to sit on any day towhich it is adjourned it may nevertheless sit on any subsequent day of theterm.
