17.1-118. Display of flags in courtrooms.

There shall be displayed inside each courtroom of a court of record in thecities and counties of the Commonwealth the flag of the United States ofAmerica and the flag of the Commonwealth of Virginia. The governing bodies ofthe respective counties and cities shall make provision for such display andmay accept gifts or flags for such purpose.
