16.1-289.1. Motions to reconsider orders for participation in continuingprograms.

When a person is ordered to participate in therapy, counseling or similarcontinuing programs, a motion may be filed with the court to reconsider theorder, whether interlocutory or final, or the terms and conditions ofparticipation at any time after the order is entered. The motion shall beheard within thirty days. Any order disposing of such motion shall be deemedto be a final order for purposes of appeal pursuant to Article 11 ( 16.1-296et seq.), of this chapter.
