16.1-128. Exception when jurisdiction in State Corporation Commission.

Nothing in this chapter shall be held to confer upon courts not of record anyjurisdiction or power over offenses of which jurisdiction is specificallyvested in the State Corporation Commission or in courts of record under thecorporation laws of the Commonwealth.
