15.2-966. Establishment and operation of educational television stations.
Any locality may provide for the establishment, ownership, maintenance andoperation of educational television stations within or outside the locality.The operation of any such station shall be under the direction of the schoolboard of the locality establishing the station.
The facilities of any such station may be made available to any educationalinstitution upon terms as may be agreed upon by the operating board of thestation and the governing body of the institution.
