15.2-950. Appropriations.

A locality may make appropriations for the purposes for which it is empoweredto levy taxes and make assessments, for the support of the locality, for theperformance of its functions, and the accomplishment of all other lawfulpurposes and objectives, subject to such limitations as may be imposed by law.
