15.2-5003. Administration.
The Virginia Small Business Financing Authority shall establish guidelines inaccordance with this chapter which detail the specific administrativepolicies and procedures of the private activity bond program in theCommonwealth. Specific application, allocation, and reporting requirementsshall be provided by the guidelines. The guidelines of the Virginia SmallBusiness Financing Authority shall be in accordance with the limitations andrestrictions contained in federal law.
