15.2-3229. Annexation of whole town.

The provisions of this article shall apply to the annexation by a city ortown of an adjoining town. No part of a town shall be annexed unless thewhole town is annexed. The annexing city or town shall assume all theindebtedness of the town annexed, and shall own all the corporate property,franchises and rights thereof.
