15.2-2252. Filing and recording of ordinance and amendments thereto.

When a subdivision ordinance has been adopted, or amended, a certified copyof the ordinance and any and all amendments thereto shall be filed in theoffice of an official of the locality, designated in the ordinance, and inthe clerk's office of the circuit court for each locality in which theordinance is applicable.
