15.2-1913. Time for holding election if revenue bonds are to be issued.

If the bonds that any such city or county proposes to issue in order to raisethe money necessary to pay the amount fixed in the report of the bodydetermining just compensation will be revenue bonds requiring approval by theaffirmative vote of a majority of the qualified voters in a referendumelection as provided in Article VII, Section 10 of the Constitution ofVirginia, the court shall allow a reasonable time for the holding of therequired election.
