13.1-985. Governor to approve articles of incorporation.

The articles of incorporation shall not be issued by the Commission unlessapproved by the Governor in writing. Such approval shall not be given by theGovernor until he first shall have sought the advice of the ExecutiveDirector of the Virginia Economic Development Partnership.
