2006 Code of Virginia § 13.1-823 - Bylaws

A. The initial bylaws of the corporation shall be adopted by itsincorporators or board of directors.

B. The bylaws of a corporation may contain any provision for the regulationor management of the business of the corporation that is not inconsistentwith law or the articles of incorporation.
