2006 Code of Virginia § 13.1-709 - Amendment before issuance of shares

13.1-709. Amendment before issuance of shares.

If a corporation has not yet issued shares, its board of directors orincorporators, in the event that there is no board of directors, may adoptone or more amendments to the corporation's articles of incorporation.
